In the post 1995 period Michael's career took a dramatic turn. • This firm was one of the largest public accounting and consulting companies in the United States during this time period.

• Responsible for the supervision and administration of financial audits of small corporations to large publicly traded companies.

• Knowledgeable of accepted accounting and auditing standards.

Winter Park, Colorado - 1979 to Present

• Hired by Mr. Victor Vestman in 1979 - Responsible for the financial operation of Mr. Vestman's Winter Park Companies including Condominium Management Company, Hi Country Haus Realty and Park Center Investments (2 small shopping centers).

• Became President and Owner of Condominium Management Company (CMC) in 1980. Over the next 15 years CMC grew to be the largest Property and Rental Management Company in the area (condominiums, town homes and houses). CMC is currently owned by Michael and his wife Marcia.

• President & majority owner of Park Center Associates since 1992. Michael formed this company to purchase and operate the Park Place Shopping Center in Winter Park. This corporation also invests in other Winter Park real estate.

• Since 1994 Michael hired individuals to manage the day to day operations of CMC and Park Center Associates so he could pursue other interests.

Career Path Change - 1995

• In the mid 1990s a dramatic career path change occurred. The inter-related subjects of the human energy field (including the chakra and meridian networks), quantum physics, alternative healing techniques, meditation and past life review experiences became the primary focus of attention and intense study.

• Numerous seminars were attended. Hundreds of books were read over many years to obtain an education that was often self-taught.

• In late 1995 began to aggressively pursue the education available from past life review experiences. Many such prior life review sessions from 1995 to today have resulted in an extensive education on Michael's prior lives. • In January 1996 met Rita Aguirre, Ph.D. Rita is responsible for the initial Metatones discovery in May 1996. Rita Aguirre is brilliant lady and accomplished healer. Rita uses a variety of vibrational methods on the human energy field. She opened many doors for Michael and greatly accelerated his education into the alternative healing sciences.

• Was one of the first individuals to experience the benefits of the Metatones therapy and immediately became immersed in the research and development of the Metatones technology. This research has been ongoing since May 1996.

• Obtained considerable training from Rita Aguirre in Reike hands on healing, Pranic healing techniques and a variety of other alternative therapies over the next few years. Pranic healing techniques were made relatively well known by Master Choa Kok Sui, who wrote two excellent books on this ancient Chinese healing technique. Master Choa taught for years at the Institute for Inner Studies in Manila, Philippines. During this same time period the relationship between quantum physics, the human energy field and pranic healing became primary subjects of study. The related education would benefit the future refinement of the Metatones technology.

• In 1997 the Human Design System on behavioral genetics became a life long topic of education and research. Many seminars were attended over many years. All available information on the subject was studied.

• Purchased the rights to Metatones from Aguirre in January 1998 and continued the research and development of the Metatones technology. Created the Metatron Company to pursue the research and commercial application of Metatones. Metatron is wholly owned by Michael. The primary goal of Metatron is to continue the development and distribution of Metatones; a new vibratory therapy based on the vibratory relationship between the zero point field and the human energy field.

• In 1998 and 1999 there were several significant Metatones developments. The original contractor for the initial Metatones devices needed to be replaced. Several Denver based technology firms were interviewed to find a replacement. After several months a team of one electrical engineer, one sound consultant and two computer programmers was formed to take the Metatones technology into the twenty first century. The technology was converted to audio software that could operate on any computer with a Windows operating system. The general goals of this conversion was as follows:
  1. To provide the general public with a potent alternative therapy that they could easily operate within the confines of their home, at a reasonable cost.
  2. To develop Metatones in a manner that would require the absolute minimum in education and training.
  3. To set the foundation for future modifications and enhancements to the Metatones vibratory formulas. This included the development of a progression of audio programs that gradually increased in potency. These audio programs parallel the quantum substructure of the human energy field and the zero point field.
  4. All of the Metatones programs are based on a mathematical progression of voice frequencies that evolved out of this period. This mathematical progression was developed by Metatron and is uniquely common to all human energy fields. The education obtained on quantum physics, the zero point field and the human energy field were instrumental in this process.

• In late 1998 the first of two booklets were authored. The first booklet was on Past Life Self Review techniques that had been developed over the preceding three years. The second booklet was the first edition of the Introduction to Metatones.

• The ongoing research, development and experimentation on the Metatones technology resulted in a series of new, more potent versions of the sound therapy from 2000 through 2005. During this period Metatones audio programs were developed that are generally too potent for the general public without a considerable education and training. These audio programs are referred to as CD 2 and CD 3. The less potent audio programs on CD 1 are sold to the general public.

• Until the funding is available for formal verification of the Metatones technology the promotion of the therapy will be limited to the internet and word of mouth advertising. The informal and random use of the therapy has resulted in very promising results for a long list of human symptoms. A specific area that has considerable potential is mental impairments and disabilities. Although Dr. Tomatis has made healing with sound acceptable and well known (www.tomatis.com), Metatron believes that Metatones represents a newer, more potent generation of sound therapy for mental disabilities of all types.
